Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.
This is one of my favorite verses, and I remember reading it often as an insecure teenager. Now as a mom of a daughter, I want her to know the truth – that there is so much more than her appearance (despite what the world will tell her). True beauty begins inside. I wanted to create a printable to encourage her and others. I offer two separate versions of this printable, and you can download the first option here. Since this version has a chalkboard-looking background, it prints best on photo paper. To send it to a photo lab, use the (8×10) JPG file below. I LOVE this and am planning on framing it for my daughter’s room as this has been a topic of discussion for us lately. Thank you for sharing! I’d love to print it in black at a photo shop. I’m having trouble downloading the jpg file. Any tips? I was able to download another of your prints but can’t get this one to work!

Clicking on the images does not work for me, it just doesn’t do anything. Are you able to email a jpg? I would just love to print this out for the girls in my daughter’s troop as we work on our self care badge this weekend.
