Wall Gallery Ideas

Now that New Year’s is over, most of us have taken down (or are in the process of taking down) the Christmas decorations.

If you’re like me, you take them down and start thinking everything looks so bare. And boring.  And then you start thinking about decorating.

My house is always a work in progress, but I have especially struggled with my office and family room. These areas both have large walls – which can be really tough to decorate!

Minted.com is known for their beautiful cards, but did you know they also offer artwork?! Let me tell you, their offerings are AMAZING! They have artwork (and frames!) for every style.

Creating a wish list of the beautiful art I found on Minted.com, I dreamed up a couple wall galleries.

First off – my office. It’s my personal space (my husband rarely uses it), so I have the freedom to be a little less traditional and have a little more fun with the space.

I created a wall gallery that is bright and fun…like my office!

A lot of the artwork from Minted.com comes in different color options like Midwest is Best by Jessie Steury:

Midwest is Best

(The Midwest IS best.  Well, except maybe in the winter…)

For my family room, I selected art with a more traditional look.

Here’s the softer, more neutral wall gallery I created for my family room:
